Wayne Alsworth Miller Age 69 Years of #31 Marathon Road,
completed processing his final data at the Princess Margaret Hospital,
on Friday, January 03, 2020.
Wayne was born at Hatchet Bay Eleuthera, the Bahamas on Friday, December 08, 1950.
He was the first of three children of the late Ivan Earl and Hildred Albena Dean-Miller.
He attended P. A. Gibson All Age School, at Hatchet Bay. Upon coming to Nassau,
Wayne attended Western Junior and Senior Schools. He was hard working, independent,
loyal, dedicated, kind, loving and always willing to help wherever he can.
Wayne spent 47 years at Ministry of Finance, retiring December 2015.
He loved family and always talked about is sister Murma Gayle, brother Oscar Maynard Sr.
and parents Ivan Earl and Hildred Albena. He was the only immediate family left. He buried
all his immediate family (Father, Mother, Brother and Sister) but he trusted in God who does
all things well and thanked Him for the years that were spent with them. He loved the Lord
and stayed in word of God.
On December 23 2014 he met Maris Aldora Wallace-Sands. They were married July 2017.
A lovely and happy 5 years. God you are awesome. He had some issues with his health and
had to travel to the USA for medical treatment. He fought a good fight but praise and thank
God for every step that he made. On January 1 he was not feeling well. Called the ambulance
the following day he died January 3, 2020.
