Waite Adolphus Ellis

Waite Adolphus Ellis Age: 66 Years of #13 West Court, Ninth Terrace Centerville, 
repaired his final engine at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday, December 29, 1995.

Waite was born at Norman Castle Abaco on Saturday, August 17, 1929. He was the of three sons.

He received his early education, at the All-Boys School of St. Augustine's College, Nassau, Bahamas.

On October 18, 1950 Waite was joined in Holy Matrimony to Violet Blades. T
his union produced four children. Keith Ellis, Cheri Benjamin, Kevin Ellis and Keva Riley.

For many years Waite worked for the Empire Battery Company and a few Shell Service Stations, 
employed as a radiator and battery technician, before becoming self-employed.

No matter what hour of the day, Waite would always have a humorous remark, 
with the hope to make one smile or laugh with glee.

He was known for his humbleness, kindness and willingness to help other in need. 
After a short illness, Waite died on Sunday, December 29, 1995 at 7:45a.m.

Mother: Maria Colson;

Two Sisters: Inez Tucker and Ruby Seymour;
Nephews Including: Basil Ellis-Tynes, Leman Jr., Johnny, Philip and Joey Ellis and Carl Blades Jr.;
Nieces Including: Dorothy Smith, Leslie, Anita, Mia, Patricia, Karen and Cindy Ellis;
Cousins Including: Maria Thompson and Bert Russell;
Two Sisters-in-law: Lillian Banks and Patricia Ellis;
