Shantel Lorine "Shanie" Minns Age 24 Years of #26 Bimini Avenue, 
off Market Street completed her earthly harvesting at the
Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, December 08, 1997.


She was born at Nassau, New Providence, the Bahamas on Saturday, November 17, 1973.
Shanie as she was affectionately called by her family members was the
last of four girls and was the pet among the others.


She received her early education at T. A. Thompson Primary and T. G. Glover High Schools.
She was a very fun and joyous person to be around, a smile or a laugh would be one of the
first things you would notice about her.


She later joined the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, where she worshipped
until she was too ill to attend. She was very loving, caring and affectionate to all
with whom she came into contact. She always displayed words of encouragement
to families and friends.


Shantel is preceded in death by her:
Father: Kenneth Minns;

Grand Parents: Leonard Minns, Hazel Bullard and Cecilla Gilbert
Five Nephews: Renardo, Joshua, Johnathan, Sharad and Anthon Jr.;
Five Nieces: Syntesh, Samantha, Jacara, Indera and Kendra;
Nine Uncles: Hezekiah, and Minister Alpheaus Bullard, Ernest Minns,
Joe, Raymond, David, Alex and Alfred McKenzie and Freddie Dames;

Fourteen Aunts: Ivamae McKenzie, Olga Dames, Pamela, Rowena, Veretha,
Netlin, Blondell and Girty Bullard, Patrice and Sharon Minns, Shantel,
Vernita, Willamae and Alexis;

Six Grand Uncles and Anuts: Stafford and Rhoda of Port Howe Cat Island
and Clifford Bullard, Geletha Lightfoot, Hullman Gilbert and James Minns;

One Brother-in-law: Esau Farrington;
Other loving family and friends including: Johnny Maurice, Mr. Panza, Natasha,
Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Armbrister, Rev. Derek and Karen Stubbs, Annie Moss,
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Strachan, Mrs. Minerva Smith and Mrs. Vernita Davis and their families.
