Master Valentino Alexander "Tino" O'Bainyear Jr.

July 21, 1996 — February 4, 2014

Master Valentino Alexander "Tino" O'Bainyear Jr. Age 17 years passed from this
earthly walk of life peacefully at the Princess Margaret on Tuesday, February 04, 2014.

He was born at Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas on Sunday, July 21, 1996.
He was the first son of this union and was affectionately called "Tino."

Tino was a cheerful, high spirited child who never seemed to be bothered by anything or anyone.
However, at the tender age of eighteen months he was diagnosed with epilepsy and autism.
Because of Tino's condition he was named the "special" child. In spite of these circumstances,
he remained ever so light hearted. Tino was enrolled into the Stapledon School for the Mentally Challenged
where he learned how to live and deal with autism on his own terms. Though he never said a single word
he always seemed to know how to get his point across.

Tino grew up in a very large family with seven brothers and six sisters who all loved and cherished him dearly.
Being autistic Tino was a loner with only exception of a G.I. Joe toy truck. That toy was his dear companion.
Tino loved the simple things of life which included spending time watching CBS's The price is right with
his family as well as going to the beach and riding with his Daddy. He especially loved his father taking him
and his younger brothers to Clifford Park where they ran freely up and down the hill with Charlie,
Sterling and Sprite the family dogs.

A few days after his seventeenth birthday Tino was admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital
after suffering an epileptic seizure. It was there where his family and loved ones learned that
Tino had severe kidney problems. Tino remained in the hospital for a few weeks to be stabilized
before being released. Though he was not at his best to his family it appeared that his condition
seemed to be improving. However, on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 a few hours before the New Year
Tino was admitted to the hospital once again. His kidney condition had deteriorated.
Despite that his family remained staunchly by his side praying for a healthy speedy recovery.
