Keva Eliza "Goddie, Auntie Keva, Ma Keva" Wilson-Armbrister Age 88 Years of
#457 Graham Drive, Yellow Elder Gardens and formerly of Duncan Town, Ragged Island Bahamas,
finished this earthly walk of life, on Thursday, April 14, 2005.

Goddie was the ninth child, born on Monday, August 21, 1916 at Duncan Town, Ragged Island Bahamas
to parentage of the late Gustavous and Remona Moxey-Wilson.

Keva Eliza was a loving, creative and hardworking lady, who had strong convictions which
caused her to be admired. She had a love for house keeping, so at the end of her schooling,
she worked in her desired profession at the residence of Commissioner Mr. Cyril G. Archer
and years later for Mr. Roland Bridgewater and family.

She preformed her duties as secretary of the ragged Island Progressive Association and the
United Burial Society with distinction. Mother Keva loved her Lord and served faithfully as
Sunday School Superintendent of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. She was a member of the
Anglican Church Women, Holy Innocent Church and a member of the Women's Missionary
Band of the Church of God of Prophecy, as her Christian Service knew no Religious barriers.

During a teacher's shortage at the All-Age School at Ragged Island, she served as a (Teacher's Aide non-grats).
She was a unique and special mother who believed that the needs of her children and grand children were top priority.
They were her "precious jewels". Even after the children were all grown, married and on their own, she continued her
usual cooking and baking as she took care of her numerous grandchildren.
