of 1879 N. W. 47th Street, Miami, Florida was called home to be at rest with
her Lord, at North Shore Medical Center 1100 N. W. 95th Street Miami, Florida

She was born on Friday, March 18, 1932 at Hatchet Bay Eleuthera, Bahamas.
Hildred attended the All Age School at Hatchet Bay Eleuthera. She quickly
excelled, and was promoted to School Monitor. Those she taught so long ago
still consider her a favorite teacher.

On Leaving School, she found employment at The Harrisville Company.
She was an excellent cook and many-a tourist came in search of her recipes.
She was well loved by the tourist and villages alike.

In 1948 Hildred met and married the handsome Ivan Earl Miller on
Sunday, December 19, 1948. The family was blessed with three children,
Wayne, Maynard and Murma-Gayle Miller. Hildred was also taught as a
seamstress and was known to make her own clothing.

While his family remained in Eleuthera, Ivan returned to his boyhood home
in America. Hildred after securing the children with her mother Ramona
followed and resided in Over Town Miami Florida.

While in Miami, Hildred later found employment with the late Dr. Alexander
and Mrs. Muriel Lebo of Miami Beach, Florida. She was later recommended
for a position at the Mt. Sinai Hospital Miami Beach, Florida as an Environmental
Aid and later becoming A Nurse's Assistant. She was a faithful and dedicated
worker and was loved by all who met her. During Her 19 years of service at
Mt. Sinai Hildred's health began to fail and retired from the Hospital in 1999.

Hildred Christian journey began at St. Mary's Methodist Church where she
was a faithful member under Pastor Stuart. Sister Hildred Miller was a charter
member of the John Wesley Wesleyan Methodist Church, 2301 N. W. 79th
Street Miami, Florida under the leadership of its founder Rev. James Cash Sr. {1984}
up until her expiration date.  She was a faithful member of the Stewardess Board and
