Henry George Russell

Henry George Russell Age 57 Years of #10 Almond Grove, Sea Breeze Estates 
Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas, was called to new and fuller life, 
at his residence on Tuesday, July 12, 2005.

Born Friday, October 10, 1947 in the beautiful settlement of Love Hill, Andros Bahamas.

Henry's childhood education began at Quarry Mission Primary and continued at the 
western Junior and Senior Schools. He was a happy child, full of life and energy. In the Boys Brigade, 
he was a band major and also took piano lessons and learned the craft of tailoring.

Henry loved meeting people and therefore started a career in the hospitality industry. 
He worked his way from busboy to maitre'd at the Emerald Beach and Balmoral Beach Hotels. 
He then moved to the East Hill Club and finished his career at the Bacardi Co. Ltd.

Henry met the former Daisy Johnson in 1964 and was wed on Saturday, December 21, 1974. 
This union was blessed with a lovely daughter.
