Harrison Stubbs Sr.

Harrison Stubbs Sr. Age 41 Years of Mango Street, Nassau Village 
departed this earthly walk of life on Sunday, August 29, 2010.


He was born in Nassau, New Providence, the Bahamas on Thursday,
September 26, 1968. Harrison received his early education at Williams
Sayles Primary, H. O. Nash Junior High School and later completed his
schooling at C. C. Sweeting High School.


Upon leaving school, Harrison sort employment at numerous hotel and
business establishment. He was employed at the Nassau Beach Hotel
from 1980-1990 he was also employed as a security guard by Wemco
Security between 1990-1993. It seemed as if Harrison had the Passion
to work in the tourism industry. No wonder with such a radiant smile
that he always where, every guest felt write at home. Harrison also
worked in the Stewarding Department 1993-1995 at Paradise Island.
He then ventured onto Ocean Club where he served as a Houseman
and finally a Bellman from 1995 until the time of his demise.


Harrison met his wife Meecha in September of 2002 at Free In Jesus
Dleiverance Miracle Temple. Because soon, they began courting.
Because they both loved the Lord dearly and their desire was to serve
him with all their heart, mind, soul, and body they exchanged vows the
following year on Saturday, March 15, 2003. Not long after, this union
was blessed with a beautiful baby girl whom they named Gabrielle.
Meecha loved Harrison and Harrison loved Meecha. Everyone who saw
them saw true love between them.


Harrison began serving the Lord every chance and opportunity he was given.
Harrison spend his last hours on earth praising and worshipping and serving
the Lord in his own special way. Harrison may not have had any rhythm when
it comes to music but he was always on time to serve the Lord. Harrison was
not only a hard working individual but he also very knowledgeable in the word
of God. He was one to always search the scripture and rightly divide the word
of God. Harrison's favorite scripture was don't let the sun go down on your wrath.


Harrison is preceded in death by his:
Father: Rupert Edwards;
Sister: Lisa Michelle Williams-Magnus;

Six Children: Gabriella, Tamekia, Ajee, Patra, Harrison Jr. and Todd;
Mother: Leronie Katherine Stubbs;
Six Brothers: Prophet Trevor and Clifford Stubbs Sr., Ashley, Carlton,
Dudrick and Pedro Edwards;

Five Sisters: Royann Charlton, Claudette and Margaret Stubbs,
Velma Edwards and Gwendolyn King;

Two Nephews: Jamaal and Clifford Jr.;
Eighteen Nieces: Johnisha, Decoda, Jamie, Jimeisha, Simone,
Shanisha, Kueriesha, Clifforna, Brichette, Alidia, Lisa, Trevalisa,
Leonissa, Nikara, Shanee, Shanell, Shonelle and Astrid;

Seven Uncles: Mike and Edmund Stubbs, Eardley and Charles Hepburn,
Bertram Williams, Rev. Clarence Knowles and Michael Nairn;

Ten Aunts: Brenhilda Williams, Hilda Wilson, Carolyn Virgil,
Dr. Sandra Knowles, Rose Nairn, Virginia Stubbs, Alma Cox, Alva,
Prescola and Arene King;

Eight Grand Nephews and Nieces: Liam, Ethan, Deondre, Sean,
Evan, Keria, Syann and Jameela;

Father-in-law: Wilfred Meadows;
Mother-in-law: Wendy Hanna;
Two Sisters-in-law: Yolanda and Cassie Meadows;
Seven Brothers-in-law: Ted Charlton, Pastor Damas and
D'enash Hanna, Mikus Mikula, Lucius Wicker, Donario and Kacey Meadows;

Cousins: Mario, Stacey, Marsha, Deborah, Bloneva, Latoya, Bertram,
Tamara, Jameel, Arianne, Samantha, Ustinov, Jason, Shakeil, Paulette and Eddison;

Many other loving family and friends including: Roy Magnus,
Pastor Karen Ingram, Pastor Feaste, Pastor Martha Duvalier, Eric Rolle
