Fleurisma was born at Bassin Bleu Haiti, on Friday, June 21, 1963. 
He moved to Nassau, Bahamas in 1991 where he met his wife Mericia Petit-homme 
and had four beautiful children, Berlin, Berkley, Melissa and Chensen.

Fleurisma worked as a landscaper at the Albany resort in Nassau, Bahamas 
for most of his life and was well respected in the company. In his spare time, 
he enjoyed going out and socializing with friends and also spending time with 
his family watching a good action movie.

Above all, he enjoyed working in his spare time, everyone can attest that he was the most 
hardworking man you could ever come across. There are no words to describe what he 
meant to his family. To his wife of 31 years, he was one of a kind and there will never be 
another man like him. The love they had for each other meant despite the bad days they 
always chose each other. To his children, Berlin, Berkley, Melissa and Chensen, he was 
the perfect example of a loving father.

He taught them the value of hard work, education and respect. As loving children, 
losing a father is an impossible thing to understand, no matter how old, a father is always needed, 
his love is imprinted on their hearts forever. He continues to be loved, and therefore remains by their side. 
We not only lost a husband, a father and a friend, we lost a protector, a provider, a superhero. 
His memory will live in our hearts forever, his presence will be felt no matter where we are, 
his voice will help us heal in times when times get tough. No one can and will ever compare 
to the man that we lost, until we meet again. We love you forever.
