Eric Wentworth Wood, Age 59 Years of Apple Street East,
passed away at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Sunday, May 27, 2001.
He was born Saturday, August 23, 1941 at Gregory Town Eleuthera, Bahamas.
He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Rhoda. He was also their first son.
Upon completion of high school, he sought gainful employment with
Batelco in Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera. Later he was transferred to Cat Cay,
always having high dreams he moved back to Nassau, where he worked
for the Ministry of Tourism, Dolly Madison Furniture Store, B.T.V.I.,
where he taught Craw fishing and Fish Traps. He later worked on the
Eleuthera Express #2, up to the time of his death.
The Radiance of this "Sardonyx of A Gem" will always glow in the hearts of his:

Three Sisters: Ruth Morgan, Edna McDonald and Leila Wood;
Two Aunts: Pearl Turnquest and Ethel Wood;
Twenty-Five: Nephews and Nieces;
Other loving family and friends.
