Dwight was born on Monday, October 26, 1970 Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas. 

Dwight received his early education at Nassau Christian Academy and later graduated 
from C. C. Sweeting Senior High School. Upon graduation Dwight wanted to excel, 
so he enrolled in the Royal Bahamas Defense Force and soon became an Able Seaman. 
Where he spent four years. Because of his love for the sea and sailing, he went into the 
fishing industry and was employed with the (Mia D) and (Justice).

Dwight was a lovable person and was well loved. He touched the lives of many, 
in his own way. He was also a member of the Saxon Superstars Junkanoo Group. 
A lover of sports, in his early years he played Baseball with the Dippers.
