Cleophas "Clee" Cleare Sr. Age 75 Years of Deep Creek Eleuthera, Bahamas
complete this walk of life at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Thursday, February 27, 1997.
Clee, as he was affectionately called was born on Friday, February 10, 1922
in Old Bight Cat Island, Bahamas.
He attended to All-Age School, upon completion he decided to take up residence in Nassau.
He later moved to Hatchet Bay Eleuthera, where he became employed at the Levy Farm.
There he met and married the former Mary Johnson, this union was blessed
with six children three of whom have preceded him in death.
Being am ambitious and out-going young man, Clee decided to venture into another line of work,
which took him and his family to the beautiful settlement of Rock Sound, here he became employed
at the Cotton Club. He later moved to Deep Creek Eleuthera.

Five Sons: Harold II, Cedric, Cleophas Jr., Timothy and Ezra Cleare;
Four Daughters: Esthermae, Rebecca, Rosemary and Roslyn Cleare;
Twenty-Three Grandchildren: Abigail, Elroy and Furron Andrews,
Kimberley and Felix Smith, Sharene Stubbs, Tina, Terah, Mellie, Richard,
Johnnie, Cleandra, Nathiel, Tarnell, Dellino, Reio, Treico, Demone, Georgianna,
Roseandra, Rosechandra, Valentino and Frederick Cleare;
Fifteen Great Grandchildren Including: Chris Andrews, Ronell Stubbs,
Keyslia and Kadesha Cleare;
One Son-in-law: John Smith;
Two Daughters-in-law: Bloneva and Patsy Cleare;
One Brother-in-law: Wilfred Sands;
Two Sisters-in-law: Bertha Kemp and Agnes Farrington;
Other loving family and friends including: James Andrews, Irene and Shirley Sands,
Natti Moncur, Wilbert Whylly, Agnes, Samuel, Carmeta, Felix and Leonie Cleare of New Jersey,
