Caudney Eugene Hanna

October 2, 1948 — November 12, 2007

North Palmetto Point

Caudney Eugene "Fess, Professor" Hanna Age 59 years of
T. W. Alley, North Palmetto Point Eleuthera, Bahamas was called from
labour to reward, at his residence on Monday, November 12, 2007.

He was born on Saturday, October 02, 1948 at Hatchet Bay Eleuthera,
Bahamas. He was the first of nine children. He grew up and attended the
Hatchet Bay All Age School, were he received his formal education, he
received his secondary education at Western Senior High School in Nassau.

He worked at the Harrisville Company at Hatchet Bay Eleuthera as an
electrician. He later worked at Gladstone Farms in Nassau.

Caudney was a well rounded individual. He was a jack of all trades and
he mastered them all. He was an excellent softball player, where he played
for Austin Knowles Construction team, where he was umpire for many games.

Caudney was well known throughout Eleuthera by the name "Fess"; a
name that was given to him by one of his friends. This name was short for
"Professor" because of who smart he was. He was loved by many.

"Fess" went through many trying times, but whenever you met him,
he always had a smile on his face and laughter voice. A very reliable individual,
to his mother and others when called upon to fix something he would hike
from one settlement to another just to get the job done.
