He was born in Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas on Sunday, January 07, 1979.
"Welly or Roach", as he was affectionately called, excelled highly both academically
and athletically. He received his formal education at the Centerville Primary,
T. G. Glover Junior and the C. R. Walker Secondary Schools, where he graduated in 1997.
Welly, being such an industrious individual was employed part time, at City Market during
his school years. Upon graduation he joined the working-class full time. Welly realized from
an early age that if he wanted to accomplish anything in life, he had to work hard; and work he did.
Welly's first taste of full-time employment, was with Sandals royal Bahamian Resort, where he
worked as a bus boy, then as a waiter and at Commonwealth Building Supply.
In Welly's further quest to achieve excellence, he embarked on numerous other job opportunities,
namely as a waiter at the Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Upon moving to Eleuthera, he sought
gainful employment with The Coral Sands Hotel, as a waiter and then at the Romora Bay Club,
where he worked as a waiter and bartender. Welly' was also employed with Builders square

with many facets of the work force.
Love is experienced by everyone during the course of his or her life and Welly was no exception.
Welly's eyes caught sight of a beautiful lady named, Vanessa Camille Rolle, a romantic and blissful
courtship unfolded. And on Saturday, June 25, 2005 they were joined in Holy Matrimony.
Welly other love and the apple of his eye, was his daughter Angelic. Welly had a special love for
her and he was her knight in shinning armor. Welly was a free spirited individual, who was well
loved by his family and his peers, or whom ever came into contact with him. His outgoing personality
was like a magnetic field, which attracted people to him, from all walks of life. Welly had a kind heart
and his many acts of kindness and generosity, was demonstrated daily.
